Bookings & Appointments
•Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, in person, or through our website.
•Advance booking is recommended.
•Late arrivals over 10 minutes may result in reduced service time or cancellation.
•Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit or full service charge.
Payments
•We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
•Deposits may be required to secure appointments and are non-refundable.
•No refunds for dissatisfaction due to change of mind.
